At the end of each day, Eva and Nabil hold a blissful toast to their Happy Hour. Married for over sixty years, my grandparents could be the first Arab-German couple after the Second World War, their love a remnant of a time when Europe was not afraid of Arab influence. Today, in order to stay happy, it seems Nabil needs to challenge his surroundings. Within the tranquility of his retirement, his everyday mission becomes teasing misconceptions about Arabs with pranks. Eva, worried about how his jokes might reflect on them, endures Nabil's youthful provocations patiently. When he shares his plans of an inflatable mosque with me, I decide to join in to better understand him.
